
Chicago, Ill. (March 11, 2025) – Realterm, an independent, global investment manager focused on the transportation industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Joe Noon to Senior Vice President, Head of U.S. Investments.
Noon will lead Realterm’s Investments and Development teams to identify, evaluate and secure new opportunities to grow the firm’s U.S. transportation logistics portfolios. Prior to this appointment, Noon served as the Vice President of Investments in the Central Region of the U.S. and the Head of Development nationally for Realterm.

Before joining Realterm, Noon was a Director for Hines in Chicago, where he led its Midwest Industrial Practice with over 2.2 million square feet of Industrial Development and Acquisitions in Indianapolis, Louisville and Chicago. At Hines, Noon oversaw more than $700 million in new development across all major asset classes, including more than 800 multifamily units, 300,000 square feet of office, 100,000 square feet of retail and 32 luxury condominiums.
Noon holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis, and an MBA from Columbia University in New York.
