Jeffrey Beckham as Chief Investment Officer to its executive team. In this new role, Beckham will oversee investment strategy, portfolio management, and capital allocation for Buckingham’s rapidly growing platform.

Beckham joins Buckingham with over 25 years of experience managing large real estate funds. Before joining Buckingham, Beckham served as Head of Portfolio and Asset Management at GID, overseeing multifamily portfolio and asset management, retail asset management, sustainability initiatives and new investment product development. Prior to GID, Beckham was the Head of Institutional Investment Management at Jamestown, managing the firm’s flagship Premier Property Fund. His career also includes leadership roles at Tishman Speyer in New York and Atlanta; Hines in London; and Morgan Stanley Real Estate in New York, London, and Tokyo.
